Twice a year, in the fall and spring, all division staff are invited to attend the BFA All-Staff Meeting to hear news and updates presented from BFA Leadership and those working in the ranks of our division. These events are hosted by Joyce Lopes, Vice President for BFA, and topics include updates on the Culture of Care and Open Accountability (COCOA) Program, introducing new leadership and staffing changes, and more. There are both daytime and evening sessions of the BFA All-Staff Meetings to accommodate staff working on alternative schedules.
