Division Policies
The Division of Business and Financial Affairs will ensure its policies and procedures are reviewed and updated on a regular basis in order to:
- Ensure they are user friendly and actively used documents to assist employees to maintain compliance,
- Identify the need for intervention such as training or monitoring of activities on a temporary basis, and
- Effectively train new employees.

In accordance with retention rules, all policy drafts must be retained until the final draft is approved by the President for University policies.
