Associate Vice President and Chief Information Officer

Chuck Lanham, the Associate Vice President (AVP) and Chief Information Officer (CIO), oversees the strategic direction and management of technology services at Western Washington University. Chuck joined Western in 2017, bringing over 20 years of higher education IT experience from his previous roles at Portland State University and the University of Idaho. He is committed to advancing the university's technological capabilities to support faculty, students, and staff.
