Resident District Manager for Dining Services

Paul Wilson-Scott currently serves as the Resident District Manager for Chartwells Higher Education at Western Washington University, overseeing all dining operations and services across the campus. Before joining WWU, he held positions with Chartwells at the University of Arkansas and the University of New Mexico, where he gained extensive experience in all aspects of university dining. His interest in working at WWU was sparked by visits to Bellingham to see friends and prospective college tours with his children.

Outside of work, he enjoys biking, hiking, skiing, fishing, and crabbing, which helps balance his professional life. He is also passionate about developing the next generation of talented professionals, focusing on quality, equity, constructive feedback, and continuous improvement to build strong teams and programs.
